Dreadful staff. Can never get an appointment. Doctors are awful as are Admin staff upsets.Not helpful at all.
Reviews over a rude receptionist must be old or has since been replaced because I found the receptionist to be the loveliest most informative and willing to help out of any receptionist Ive encountered. Opening hrs are great, weekend apt is a bonus and there are two locations. Better then my previous doctors surgeries
I must say I'm a little shocked after ready some of the reviews about "rude reception staff" I can only speak from my own experiences but all the ladies on reception from Hawkwell and Leecon way go above and beyond to help. They are always so so helpful and kind. Can't praise them enough.I've never ever had a problem getting an appointment. Always do what they can to get you in. The doctors are all lovely too. Never feel rushed at an appointment and always come out completely satisfied.
Really poor service from receptionist,tried to get an asthma pump for my son to be told I have to go in with a hand written letter,yet last time I phoned for an appointment to get another asthma pump,I was told I only had to ring for a repeat prescription. I wouldn't mind but we never use the surgery as there's never any appointments & when I try to get what is needed without an appointment and wasting time your causing me more time ! When all my son wants to do is breath !!!!! Absolute joke
Doctors are fantastic its a shame that your receptionist is extreamly rude and has no telephone mannor
