ordered shed over the phone. Had decided to have a large panel made in two pieces to fit through a sash window. This would have meant losing the window in the wall of the shed.Spoke to neighbours about access and reconsidered this. Amended the order with plenty of notice and got written confirmation from Richard.There was a very long lead in time and the shed was finally delivered. Despite the written agreement the shed delivered not as ordered - it was still in the cut-down panel form with no window.I wrote to Richard the same day to highlight this and asking if he would substitute the incorrect panel for a new one. This got no reply.I've allowed over three weeks for them to get back to me but no response and no apology.very disappointed, not just by the incorrect product supplied but also the lack of courtesy in failing to apologize or attempt to rectify the situation.

Absolutely shocking customer service! After a site visit to measure up for a very large summerhouse I then never heard another word!!!! despite emails, phone calls and even text messages. No quote and no reply to any of my communications.Thoroughly disgusted ... Not even worth 1 star but cant post review without a score of some sort
